Former academic, at UCL & Warwick University, Brian has more than 20 years’ experience as a strategic marketing & analytics consultant specialising in the Retail & Financial Services sectors.
Brian’s broad skill-set spans the creation of omni-channel customer loyalty & CRM strategies, establishing insight-led planning & measurement processes, formulating data & analytics strategies and business modelling.
In 2007 he co-founded the UK’s first Word of Mouth Marketing agency.
Brian has won IPA 5-star and Marketing Society of GB Awards for excellence in CRM.

Brian’s ability to structure a mixed behavioral and value based segmentation enabled Subway and Waterstones to provide a differentiated offering to each customer.
More recently Brian has developed an attribution framework using the power of granular WebFusion data to overcome historical macro econometric modelling challenges.
