Charles Joseph

Charles has more than fifteen years experience helping organisations with their data governance and data quality. He has spoken at a number of conferences and webinars; and contributed a chapter on data governance to the BCS textbook, “Data Analyst”.

Charles enjoys working with businesses which are trying to get a grip on their data for the first time; or who have set something up but are not getting it to deliver value. His Data MVPs and data ownership training help gain traction for your data initiatives.

As part of his implementations, Charles will strengthen your team by upskilling your existing colleagues; helping you to identify suitable new hires; and guiding the procurement process for tooling.

Experience

Charles spent almost ten years at Deloitte before moving to Beazley, a Lloyd’s market insurer. In 2017 he set up Datazed as an independent consultancy and has worked with several clients – mostly in insurance but also retail and public sector.
